The Christmas Season in Malaysia was incredible, yes it was hard to not be at home with my family, but my team/sqaud made it memorable!!
We went carolling with the church 4 nights in a row and it was a lot of fun, lots of food, lots of late nights, and some of us loosing our voices slightly!! Our latest night was coming home at 3:30 in the morning, like wow ive never gone carolling so late but it makes for some awesome memories/lore stories lol!! Even tho we were out that late we still had ministry in the morning at 8:30 and 9:30.
The week of Christmas we did lots of fun sqaud activities like Christmas karaoke, movie marathon, etc. For Christmas eve we had Christmas eve service and we did a dance, a skit and we had a countdown for Christmas and that came along with fireworks and firecrackers! Christmas day my team opened stocking in the morning and then our sqaud did secret santa, after lunch my team went to the theater and watched Avatar, then the whole sqaud also did white elephant, and then for dinner we went to Jess’s house and wow they food was amazing!!!
It was such an amazing Christmas, I was able to call my family and talk to Heidi and it was so good to talk with em again!!
Now we literally have like 2 weeks off of ministry but we are still doing ATL everyday (meaning Ask The Lord).
This year has gone by so fast, but wow The Lord has taken me on so many new adventures and he continues to renew and transform me!! Praise the Lord!!
