At the beginning of the year God gave me a word for this year and it is "Renew".

These past few weeks in Guatemala, I have already seen God starting to Renew me!!

I was in Guatemala 3 yrs ago, and that was when the Lord first broke my heart for Guatemala even tho then I wasn't really following him and I didn't really understand what he was doing in me.

Forward to now, im in awe of how the Lord brought me back to Guatemala. As soon as I stepped off the plane I felt at home. We arrived at base around 10 on Monday, the 19th. And wow its so fancy compared to what we had the last 2 countries. We have a huge place and we can play volleyball, soccer, basketball, and whatever else we desire!! Every team has there own room and oh my goodness we have hot water and every team has there own bathroom like wow!! And we have a common room we get to hangout in and a big kitchen where the most amazing meals are cooked!! We are so blessed!!

That Monday and Tuesday, we had orientation and also found out what ministries each team will be doing.

My team is at a carepoint on Wednesdays to help with the feeding program, and then we do house visits and spend time praying for the carepoint and the nation, evangelism and basically do whatever the leaders have for us. Its so sweet to get to feed the families that come in and have small conversations with them as my Spanish allows. (Hopefully ill be fluent by the time I leave)

3 days a week our team will be with "Reindom", we will be teaching kids English, sports ministry, worship+prayer, etc. Not quite sure how all of that looks yet as they weren't quite ready for us yet, so tomorrow will be our first day.

Thursdays is activation day, where we have a teaching and then we put into practice what we learned. Today we learned what intercession is and then we got to intercede for Guatemala and wow God just broke my heart for Guatemala again and gave me a new love for this nation!!

It really saddens me to see how much the American churches have lost and dont truly teach the Body of Christ, what it means to meet the Lord in the Secret Place and have communion with the Father and sit in his Presence!! Its so important we go to the Secret Place and commune with the Lord and Intercede and let him speak to us!! We can't pour out if we dont let The Lord fill us up!!

This past week and a half God has been speaking his Identity over me, and even when i don't feel chosen I am Chosen because his word says so, and when I'm feeling alone I'm not alone because His Word says he his with me, etc!! And Im learning what it means to go into the Secret Place and what it means to Commune with The Lord!! God is NOT done with me yet, he has so much he wants to teach me and show me, yet he's so patient with me as I try to do it all on my own and then realize im doing it all without him and I can't do it without walking hand in hand with the Lord!! God is truly showing up in so many different ways right now!!

This past 2 months in Malaysia have truly been hard, I absolutely loved Malaysia, yet spiritually it was so hard!! I feel like I stepped out of the fire into a new season where God is gonna show me why I had to go thru that season and he is gonna completely RENEW me!! I have felt so light and so free this past week and a half!! Im filled with so much Joy and desire to serve everywhere I can and am completely falling in Love with everything God is setting in my Path!! Thankyou Jesus!! I'm so excited to see God move thru me in this season, and also my team and sqaud!!
