Leaving Africa was hard, but i am so excited and expectant of Malaysia!!
We havent even been in Malaysia a full 24 hrs and I am already in love with this place!! We arrived Monday night around 8:30 – 9 and quickly unloaded all our bags and got em to our rooms. The church ladies had dinner ready for us and wow it was amazing food!!
The following morning I slept in till past noon which was surprising cuz ive been used to getting up around 7, which means I was crazy tired after being awake for over 24 hrs!! The rest of Tuesday was super chill had some amazing lunch and dinner. Went to a coffeeshop in the afternoon and had some of the best coffee ive ever had!! In the evening I went with Carter to his students house (that he taught last year) and got to talk with his student and meet some of his family!! Wow, everyone here is so friendly and sweet!! After coming back from his house, I went to church and got to experience that, basically they had worship and then Pastor Thomas gave a small teaching on prayer and then we prayed for different people and it was awesome!! I hung out with some of the squad after church until around 10:30 and honestly I am so excited to be all sqaud in these coming months, I am so expectant for what the Lord has for us!! And currently it is 1:24 in the morning and nor able to sleep and really feeling like the Lord wants me to spend time with him and he reminded me of Psalms and how he wants me to come to him and talk with him and then he lead me to Song of Songs and reminded me that I have captured his heart and I am his Treasure and his Bride!! And wow i really needed the reminder!! God’s love for us is so deep and we all are His Bride and His Treasure and he desires for us to claim that and speak that over our lives and He desires to spend time with us and really talk with us and grow deeper in relationship with us!! Wow, what a loving Father we have!!!
